ModelSim SE Installation

Please note that Altera takes some time to issue libraries that are compatible with the latest version of ModelSim. By the time that the libraries are issues, the version of ModelSim that they support is usually no longer available from the ModelSim website. Therefore, it is in your best interest to hold onto the second-to-last version of ModelSim, which is the latest that Altera supports.
