Instrument Backplane MCEv1(S587-101) to MCEv2 (C587-201) changes

- Hirose Connectors instead of Gold-pads
- Specialized Hirose connectors replace the Delphi connectors used in MCEv1
- 32 Bipolar Low-noise Bias Lines (1 TES-bias per Column)
- 32 LN_BIAS lines are routed as follows: 11 from BC1, 11 from BC2 and 10 from BC3.
- Out of 32 LN_BIAS lines, 9 go to P2 (MDM2), 9 to P3, 8 to P4, 6 to P5.
- 12 Spare lines
- There are 8 spare lines on P1, 1 on P4, 3 on P5 and they are all jumpered to GND.
- Ground Connection
- CHASSIS is now connected to AGND through thin PCB traces at R170 and C1 to C17 locations.
