Convert sof to jic for EPCS64 Serial Configuration Device

- Open Quartus 9.1+
- In Quartus: File -> Convert Programming Files...
- Programming File Type = JTAG Indirect Configuration File (.jic)
- Configuration Device = EPCS64
- Filename = specify a path that you want
- Advanced (Defaults):
- Program length count adgustment = 0
- Post-chain bitstream pad bytes = default
- Post-device bitstream pad bytes = default
- Bitslice padding values = 1
- Memory Map File = unchecked
- In the spreadsheet, click on: Flash Loader -> Add Device
- Device Family = Stratix III, Device Name = EP3SE50, OK
- In the spreadsheet, click on: SOF Data -> Properties
- Pages = 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7 (checked), OK
- Add File = .sof file to convert
- Generate
