Problem Description
There are some parts that are not used and there is no intention to use them, e.g., real-time clock circuitry (U51, BT1, c181, R198, R199, Socket 4), test mictors for fibre interface (P4), extra test header (P10), slow-dv input (U23). The last one has only led to confusion in the past as people would plug in the Manchester encoded input in the non encoded input. (U23).
Change Description for problem
Do Not Populate the following components: P10, P4, U23, U51, BT1, R198, R199, C181, Socket 4.
