Problem Description

Excessive 1/f noise of 32 single-ended bias lines when used as TES Bias

Change Description

1. Replace U10 with AD8622 (PN=IC 002404) for channel 16 to 31 (total of 8 opamps)
2. Replace R5/R10 on each of channel 16 to 31 with 750-Ohm 10ppm (PN=002428)
3. Relabel the card as Rev. F4
