- Incorrect designators for R36 Top Silkscreen (single channel) and R64, R65 Bottom Silkscreen (multiple channels).
- Excessive 1/f noise on differential bias lines when used as TES bias.

- Altium files are modified for correct silkscreen.
- Change U16, U17 to AD8675 (PN=002420)
- label the card as Rev. F6
