Quartus II Installation

Download the latest Quartus II release by doing the following:
- Using your favorite FTP client, access ftp.altera.com
- username=anonymous,
- password=bburger@physics.ubc.ca
- Under the 'Commands' menu, select 'Change Folder', and type 'outgoing/release' into the dialog box.
- Download the latest version of Quartus II (including its library files) to the following directory:
www.phas.ubc.ca/~scuba2/sc2mce/library/sw_lib
