  1. 2012-07-17 MA Correction: There are silkscreen mistakes in LN_BIAS output resistor area: R65 instead of R63 and R64 instead of R62 on all LN_BIAS channels.
  2. 2011-11-24 MA Change R70 to 470Ohm (PN=000333) for critical_error circuitry to work.
  3. 2011-11-24 MA/Mike D2 LED needs to be moved to Q2A to indicate conf_rdy status and not devclr_holdoff!!!!
