This directory contains files needed by the MCE Control Computer. Most of these files are used by the automated mcc_init script. See the MCE Wiki for details.

The only file you'll likely have to download by hand is:

mcc_image-########.xz:: An image of the MCC's compact flash card. Uncompess with xz; it's about 4 GB uncompressed (earlier versions are 8 GB). Generally it's best to use the newest version. See the MCE Wiki for instructions.

The remainder of the files here are, in general, only used by the automated mcc_init script:

LATEST_IS: the latest available version of the mcc_init script.
mcc_home_########.txz: and mcc_var_########.txz: image archives of /home and /var.
mcc_init_########: the MCC init script. A copy comes with the mcc_image. The script will automatically update itself if possible: you generally don't have to download this manually.
